As the committee member responsible for planning, my brief covers all local planning issues and those of a wider ward/borough or national nature,which could impact on our area.
Ealing Council notifies us of all planning applications within our area but we only make comments on those projects that could have a significant impact on local residents. These include those strictly outside our area but which may,for example, overlook or raise traffic levels. Individual householder applications are not commented on.
Recent examples where comments have been made include the proposed mixed use development at 2 Bollo Lane and new blocks on the South Acton Estate.
